In 2024 I was working with the team at Irie Kitchen when we started Kloth on the side, a lifestyle brand built around Jamaican food and culture.
We brought in Sango for the shirt. The front takes his arched Sango Recordings logo and puts a palm tree where the “I” should be. The back is laid out like an old restaurant ad: a portrait of Vincent’s father, who everyone calls Pops, a slogan, and the restaurant’s number running across the shoulders. It came in two colorways.
We shot two lookbooks at Foster Spaces downtown, the second one at night.
